You can pay by credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard) through our secure payment gateway, by bank wire transfer (bank details are sent by e-mail) or by Western Union transfer.
No. For packages, a 10% deposit confirms your booking and the remaining balance is paid upon arrival. Day tours require full payment upon booking confirmation. Once we receive your deposit, we send you a confirmation e-mail with all booking details.
For packages, cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival receive a 25% refund of the total amount; cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival are non-refundable. Day tours are non-refundable. All cancellations must be sent in writing by e-mail. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Yes. Children under 2 travel free of charge, children from 2 to under 6 pay 25% of the adult price, and children from 6 to under 12 pay 50%. From 12 years old the full adult price applies. Child rates apply when sharing a room with parents (maximum one child per parents’ room).
Absolutely. We can combine a Nile cruise with Cairo, the Pyramids, Abu Simbel, the Red Sea or any destination you like, based on your dates and budget. Just tell us what you have in mind.
The most popular itineraries are 4 days / 3 nights from Aswan to Luxor, 5 days / 4 nights from Luxor to Aswan and 8 days / 7 nights round trip. Lake Nasser cruises and Dahabiya sailing trips have their own itineraries.
The itinerary and sightseeing are similar; the difference is in the ship size, cabin space, facilities, food and service level. Dahabiyas are small, elegant sailing boats with only a few cabins for a more private experience. Compare them on our Standard, Deluxe, Luxury and Dahabiya pages.
Every program has an “Include / Exclude” section showing exactly what is covered, such as accommodation, meals, guided sightseeing with an Egyptologist guide and entrance fees. If anything is unclear, our team will confirm it before you book.
Drinks are usually not included in the cruise price unless mentioned in the program, and can be ordered and paid for on board.
Most cruise ships offer Wi-Fi, but the connection can be limited while sailing between cities. Buying a local SIM card is a good option if you need a reliable connection.
October to April offers the most pleasant weather for sightseeing. Summer (May to September) is hotter, but sites are less crowded and prices are often lower.
Most nationalities need a visa, which can often be obtained online as an e-Visa or on arrival. Requirements differ by nationality, so please check the official portal visa2egypt.gov.eg before travelling.
Light, breathable clothes, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and comfortable walking shoes. Pack a light jacket for winter evenings, smart-casual wear for dinner on board and modest clothing for visiting temples and religious sites.
